Academic Resources Academic institutions are naturally a major resource for our mission and objective. Many educational institutions have programs in space technology, information technology, mathematics, and the astronomical sciences. Therefore, they may be sources of academic research, data and funding which can aide our mission. Subsequently, several members of 1000 Planets are students, educators and university professors.
