The Board of directors meet at least once a year in January. (Dates subject to announcement) The meetings are online at the 1000Planets chat room. All stock holders and the general public are welcome to attend. There is time set aside for stockholder input.

Management:

CEO - John Wayne Smith
The CEO manages and directs 1000 Planets toward its primary objectives by performing the duties required personally or through subordinate managers, as well as representing the organization with major customers, the financial community, and the public. The CEO is also offically accountable for complying with all laws and regulations that are associated with duties and responsibilities of maintaining a company.

CFO - Charles Bunch
The Chief Financial Officer provides executive oversight, vision, and support for the accounting and finance institutions of 1000 Planets as well as monitoring and controlling the assets and commitments of 1000 Planets.

VP - Michael Laine, Charles Bunch
Asst. VP - Manuel Cuba, Randy Campbell
The Vice President(s) and Asst. Vice Presidents of 1000 Planets dispense advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures consistent with established policies.

Department Heads:

• Marketing & HR: Francoise Hardy
  The Director of Marketing & Human Resources is responsible for coordinating contact with new clients and potential personnel, as well as keeping lines of communication with current and past clients and personnel.
• Director of Colony Planning: Michael Bindner
  The Director of Colony Planning is responsible for the planning of all aspects of developing a useable plan for the settlement of Mars. Such a plan will be used as a template for further colonies.
• Technical and Enviornment Development. Dan Casale
  The development of what we will have to have to be able to actually make the colony(s) a success.

• Internal Administrator: Francoise Hardy
• Web and Forum Administrator: Jonathan Duncan
• The Administrators are responsible for content and the overall control and administration of their respective domains.
